Be able to gather information and establish the true facts about an incident or unclear situations. In any situation using pertinent questions Observations of all the visual, vocal and verbal clues. Purpose The purpose of this programme is to assist delegates develop the necessary skills needed at all levels within the company. The introduction of the programme will be in the form of an orientation. This will give the team an opportunity to share their ideas and concerns within the Company.
